Dosing Pump System for Cooling Towers: Automatic Chemical Dosing Solution

We provide a complete dosing pump system, consisting of a dosing pump, control panel, and chemical tank. This system is designed to distribute chemicals precisely and automatically, ensuring that the chemical treatment program runs effectively and stably without constant manual intervention.

Main Functions of Each Component:

  • 1. Dosing Pump:

    • Function: The core component that pumps and distributes chemicals into the cooling tower water system with highly accurate and measurable volumes. This pump can be adjusted to distribute small amounts of liquid continuously or at specific intervals.

  • 2. Control Panel:

    • Function: Serves as the “brain” of the system. This panel controls the operation of the dosing pump. The control panel can be connected to sensors (e.g., TDS or pH sensors) to automate the dosing process. Thus, chemicals will only be added when the water parameters are outside the specified limits.

  • 3. Chemical Tank:

    • Function: Serves as a storage container for chemicals such as scale inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, or biocides. This tank is designed for safe storage and easy access for refilling.

How the Dosing Pump System Works:

  1. Initial Setup: Our technicians will determine the type of chemicals needed and install the tank and dosing pump. The control panel will be set according to the desired parameters, such as dosage per hour or triggers based on TDS sensor readings.

  2. Measured Dosing: Based on the settings or data from the sensors, the control panel will activate the dosing pump. This pump will draw chemicals from the tank and inject them into the cooling tower water flow in precise amounts.

  3. Continuous Protection: This process is automatic and continuous, ensuring that the water is always in ideal condition to prevent scaling, corrosion, and microbial growth, thereby maintaining efficiency and extending the life of the entire system.
